CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 76-6
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES OF BEER AND WINE
AT THE BOARDWALK RESTAURANT.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a public
hearing, and
WIIEREAS, Rubin Pino has applied for a special exception to
permit beer and wine consumption on the premises of the Boardwalk
Restaurant, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 1: That the petition for special excepuluii uu
beer and wine consumption on the premises of the Boardwalk Restaurant
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1: There shall be only on -site consumption and no beer or wine
shall be sold to be taken out of the premises.
2: The service of beer and wine is limited to not later than 1.2
midnight, local time.
