RESOLUTION NO. 6 ~(p 9
A RESOLUTION RE -SCHEDULING THE TERMS OF OFFICE OF
FIVE(5) MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of preserving the
Board of Adjustment by re -scheduling the terms of office as necessary
in accordance with F.S.S. 163 and Section 28 of the Tamarac Code of
Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Edmund N. Iovanna be and he is hereby appointed
as a member of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Tamarac for
a period of three (3) years, until July 17, 1979 with all the powers
and duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and Section 28 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 2: That Irwin Heuther and George Hincken be and they
are hereby appointed as members of the Board of Adjustment of the
City of Tamarac for a period of two (2) years, until July 17, 1978
with all the powers and duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and Section 28
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 3: That John Leone and Edward Rockwell be and they are
hereby appointed as members of the Board of Adjustment of the City
of Tamarac for a period of one (1) year, until July 17, 1977 with
all the powers and duties enumerated in F.S.S. 163 and Section 28 of
the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4: Any member of the Board of Adjustment may be removed
from office for cause by the City Council upon written charges and
after public hearing.
SECTION 5: The effective date of the above terms of office
shall be immediately upon adoption of this Resolution.
