CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 6 .. 5
RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CITY PROSECUTOR
AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS #73-70 AND
#76-12.
WHEREAS,, the City Council has received a recommendation
that Richard Michelson be appointed as City Prosecutor, and
WHEREAS, Council is desirous of making such appointment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the services of Walter Morgan, as
City Prosecutor, are hereby terminated, with the express appreciation
of the City of Tamarac, Florida, for his performance in past years
in that capacity.
SECTION 2: That Richard Michelson is hereby appointed
as City Prosecutor for the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 3: That Resolutions #73-70 and #76-12 are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This Resolution and the appointment created
hereby, shall be effective immediately.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this �f day of
