CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH BOND
GIVEN BY COLONY WEST ASSOCIATES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Code, a bond in the amount
of $4,800 for median cut on West McNab Road at entrance to Colony
West Plaza was posted by COLONY WEST ASSOCIATES, and
WHEREAS, COLONY WEST ASSOCIATES has executed an Affidavit
and Certification as to the actual costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the project and
has recommended release of said bond and formal acceptance of such
improvements by the City, and
WHEREAS, COLONY WEST ASSOCIATES has submitted to the
City a Substitute Warranty Cash Bond, in the amount of $1,262.50
covering said project and representing 25% of the total actual costs,
as set forth in the Affidavit and Certification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond for Colony West Associates
for median cut on West McNab Road in the amount of $4,800 is hereby
released.
