CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION NO.#76-73
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE
OF AN IMPACT ASSESSEMENT BOND GIVEN
BY ACADEMY HILL CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, a bond for Impact Assessment dated July 6, 1973
in the amount of $12,115.84, was executed by Academy Hill Corpor-
ation, as principal, and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Com-
pany of Maryland, as surety,and posted with the City of Tamarac,
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac pursuant to a recent ruling of
the Court regarding impact fee assessments has refunded to Academy
Hill Corporation impact fees remitted to the City, less an adjust-
ment for recomputed building permit fees, and
WHEREAS, the Council is now desirous of releasing said Impact
Assessment bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the Impact Assessment Bond for Academy Hill
Corporation in the amount of $12,1.1.5.84 is hereby released.
