CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. Z
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND GIVEN BY INLAND SEALCOATING, INC.
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Ordinance No. 71-23, a Subdivi-
sion Improvement Bond was posted by Inland Sealcoating, Inc.
covering Sunset Isle Maintenance Association, Inc., Section 13,
covering street cuts for irrigation system improvements, and
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Bond, in the amount of
$2,400.00 was executed by Inland Sealcoating, Inc. as principals,
and American Fire and Casualty Company, as surety, and
WHEREAS, Inland Sealcoating, Inc. has executed an Affidavit
and Certification as to the actual construction costs, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the project and
recommended release of the Bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION
1: The bond herein
before referred to in the amount
of $2,400.00
is hereby
released,
subject
to the submission of a
bond in the
amount of
25% of actual
cost of the im rovements to be
held by the
City for a
period of
one
year, such bond to be approved
as to form by
the City
Attorney;
and
the submission of an itemized
unit cost sheet to the
office of
the
City Engineer.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
