A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR ONE (1)
8 CUBIC YARD TRAILER MOUNTED VACTOR JET

WHEREAS, the City has previously advertised for and
received bids for one (1) 8 Cubic Yard Trailer Mounted Vactor
Jet Rodder, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of awarding
the bid for one (1) 8 Cubic Yard Trailer Mounted Vactor Jet
Rodder, to the lowest and bid bidder or bidders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Jet Vac Sanitary Services,Inc.
for one (1) 8 Cubic Yard Trailer Mounted Vactor Jet Rodder, in
the amount of $38,500.00, is hereby approved and a copy of such
bid is attached hereto and made part hereof by reference.

for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of opening of this Bid and
that the Bidder will not revoke or cancel this bid within the sixty (60) days.
