CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. �(p'"
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF
AN IMPACT ASSESSMENT FEE PAID BY ELMER
G. NUTTER FOR TAMARAC INDUSTRIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, a fee for Impact Assessment in the amount of
$1,312.80 was submitted by Elmer G. Nutter for Tamarac Industrial
Park, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac pursuant to a recent ruling
of the Court regarding impact fee assessments, is now desirous
of releasing said Impact Assessment Fee, less an adjustment for
recomputed building permit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION_1: That the Impact Assessment Fee for Tamarac
Industrial Park in the amount of $1,165.30 is hereby released.
