CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO 76-107
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF IMPACT
ASSESSMENT FEES PAID BY BARRASSO CONSTRUCTION CO
WHEREAS, fees for Impact Assessment in the amount of
$5,304.13 was submitted by Barrasso Construction Company,
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac pursuant to a recent ruling
of the Court regarding impact fee assessments has refunded to
Barrasso Construction Co. impact fees remitted to the City,
less an adjustment for recomputed building permit fees, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of releasing
said Impact Assessment fee.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the Impact Assessment fee for Barrasso
Construction Co. in the amount of $3,519.73 is hereby released
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1976
