CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 76-108
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF AN IMPACT
ASSESSMENT FEE PAID BY CLUB ENTERPRISES
WHEREAS, a fee for Impact Assessment in the amount of
$2,124.00 was submitted by Club Enterprises, and
WHEREAS,the City of Tamarac pursuant to a recent ruling
of the Court regarding impact fee assessments has refunded to
Club Enterprises impact fees remitted to the City,less
an adjustment for recomputed building permit fees, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of releasing
said Impact Assessment fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Impact Assessment fee for Club
Enterprises in the amount of $1,675.54 is hereby released.
