CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION 76-93 WHICH
AWARDED A BID FOR AN AIR COMPRESSOR TO
WILDWOOD INDUSTRIES. INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac did, by Resolution No. 76-93,
award the bid for an air compressor and accessories to Wildwood
Industries, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has executed an agreement
with Wildwood Industries, Inc. to null and void the bid for a
Gardner -Denver Air Compressor with no cost to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. 76-93, awarding a bid
for one (1) air compressor with accessories in the amount of
$5,885.00, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That both Wildwood Industries, Inc. and the
City of Tamarac are declared to be free of any further obligations
and encumbrances through acceptance, by the City Council, of
agreement, dated August 10, 1976, copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the
parties hereto, CITY OF TAMARAC and WILDWOOD INDUSTRIES,
that the Purchase Order number 761615, dated July 27, 1976,
for the Purchase of a GARDNER-DENVER Air Compressor and
accessories in the total amount of $5,885.00 is considered
and agreed between the parties to be null, void, and of
no effect.
