RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF
AN IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT #BT-0013
POSTED BY ANTHONY MONTANARO, JUNE 16, 1976,
AND CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL OF SITE
PLAN KNOWN AS MONTANARO-TALIA FUNERAL HOME.

WHEREAS, on June 16, 1976, an irrevocable letter
of credit #BT-0013 was posted by Anthony Montanaro in the
sum of $3,825.00 for Project #139, covering subdivision
improvements, inspections and permit fees, and
WHEREAS, Anthony Montanaro has requested immediate
release of the irrevocable letter of credit #BT-0013, and
WHEREAS, due to certain problems that have occurred
since the processing and approval of the site plan, known as
Montanaro-Talia Funeral Home, by City Council on June 23, 1976,
Mr. Montanaro has determined that he is not interested in
proceeding with the improvements as contained on the site plan
and requests said site plan be cancelled and withdrawn, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, upon the recommendation
of the City Engineer, desiring to cooperate with Anthony
Montanaro, agrees to cancel said site plan known as Montanaro-
Talia Funeral Home, together with the release of the irrevocable
letter of credit #BT-0013 dated June 16, 1976, in the amount
of $3,825.00.
TAMARAC:
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1: That the irrevocable letter of credit
#BT-0013 dated June 16, 1976, in the amount of $3,825.00 and
the site plan known as Montanaro-Talia Funeral Home be and
the same are hereby released and cancelled.
