CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. '7 f/
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PHILLIP L. GREENE, AS
FIRST ALTERNATE, AND KEITH MILNE, AS SECOND
ALTERNATE TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the position of first
alternate to the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, Phillip L. Greene, has served the Board
of Adjustment, in the capacity of second alternate, and
Council is desirous of appointing Phillip L. Greene to the
position of first alternate to the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, the above appointment would create a
vacancy in the position of second alternate, and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed the qualifications of
Keith Milne, and is desirous of appointing him to serve in
the position of second alternate to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Phillip L. Greene is hereby appointed
as the first alternate to the Board of Adjustment, for a term
to expire
SECTION 2: That Keith Milne is hereby appointed as
the
second
alternate to
the Bo�ard of Adjustment, for a term
expire
