CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. No - (aa
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF AN
IMPACT ASSESSMENT FEE PAID BY HOME LIFE
INDUSTRIES, INC.
WHEREAS, a fee for Impact Assessment in the amount of
$391.34 was submitted by Home Life Industries, Inc., and
WHEREAS pursuant to a recent ruling of the Court
regarding impact fee assessments, the City Council is now desirous
of releasing said Impact Assessment fee, less an adjustment for
recomputed building permit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Impact Assessment fee for Home Life
Industries, Incorporated in the amount of $ 5,20' 3 }i , is hereby
released.
