CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. % a �aS_
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF AN
IMPACT FEE PAID BY WOODLANDS CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY.
WHEREAS, a fee for Impact Assessment in the amount of
$7,446.99 was submitted by Woodlands Construction Company, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a recent ruling of the Court
regarding impact fee assessments, the City Council is now desirous
of releasing said Impact Assessment fee, less an adjustment for
recomputed building permit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Impact Assessment fee for Woodlands
Construction Company, in the amount of $ / 0�• 9� is hereby
released.
