CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. % -1
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF IMPACT
ASSESSMENT BONDS GIVEN BY CONSOLIDATED DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, bonds for impact assessment dated December
26, 1973 in the amount of $6,396.48 (The Greens); January 24, 1974
in the amount of $3,648.54 (Greens -Bldg 1); January 24, 1974
in the amount of $ 3,830.97 (Greens -Bldg 2); January 24, 1974
in the amount of $3,830.97 (Greens -Bldg 3) were executed by
Consolidated Development Corporation, as principal, and The
Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety, and posted
with the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, The City of Tamarac pursuant to a recent ruling
of the Court regarding impact fee assessments is desirous of
refunding to Consolidated Development Corporation certain bonds submitted
to guarantee payment of impact fees, subject to the payment to
the City of recomputed building permit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Impact Assessment Bonds for Consolidated
Development Corporation in the amounts of $6,396.48, $3,648.54,
$3,830.97 and $3,830.97 are hereby released subject to the payment
to the City of recomputed building permit fees in the amount of
$4,385.12.
