CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. - 3
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
#76-94 WHICH AWARDED A CONTRACT
FOR GARBAGE AND TRASH COLLECTION
IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS FOR THE CITY
OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, Council has previously, by Resolution #76-94,
awarded a contract for garbage and trash collection in residential
areas for the City of Tamarac to All Service Refuse Company,
Division C, a Florida Corporation, and
WHEREAS, All Service Refuse Company, Division C, a
Florida Corporation, has recommended certain changes to the
contract, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of amending Resolu-
tion #76=94 to reflect the recommended change of the effective
dates of the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution #76-94, Section 4, is
hereby amended to read:
"SECTION 4: That the contract shall be for
a period of one year beginning October 1, 1976
and ending September 30, 1977."
