A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF AN J MPACT
ASSESSMENT FEE PAID BY BURKARD PLAZA

WHEREAS, fees for Impact Assessment in the amount of $1,610.60
were submitted by Burkard Plaza, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a recent ruling of the Court regarding
Impact Fee Assessments, the City Council is now desirous of releasing
said Impact Assessment Fees,less an adjustment for recomputed
building permit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Impact Assessment fees for Burkard Plaza
in the amount of $1,200.00 is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF 1976
