CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF AN
IMPACT ASSESSMENT FEE PAID FOR THE DEVELOP-
MENT OF COMMERCIAL PLAZA.
WHEREAS, a fee for Impact Assessment in the amount of
$5,304.13 was submitted for the development of Commercial Plaza,
and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to a recent ruling of the court regarding
impact fee assessments, the City Council is now desirous of releasing
said Impact Assessment, less an adjustment for recomputed building
permit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: That the Impact Assessment fee for the development
of Commercial Plaza in the amount of $3,057.10 is hereby released.
SECTION TWO: That the check for reimbursement shall be made out
to both Barrasso Construction Co. and Daniel Retter.
