RESOLUTION NO.'(,-1 Cj
A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING THE WEEK OF
NOVEMBER 21, 1976 AS INTER -FAITH WEEK
IN THE CITY OF TAMARAC; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Tamarac, Florida recognizes the need
for people to work together in order to achieve complete development of
understanding and brotherhood, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, Florida realizes that people have
the right to worship God as their own consciences dictate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
supports the execution of a Mayoral Proclamation to designate the week of
November 21, 1976, as Inter -Faith Week in Tamarac.
SECTION 2: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon
its passage.
