CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 76-158
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF
MURRAY GOLDSTEIN FROM THE PUBLIC INFORMATION
COMMITTEE; PROVIDING FOR APPOINTMENT OF
PAUL MESSINA TO FILL SUCH VACANCY; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Public Information
Committee, due to the resignation of Murray Goldstein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to fill said vacancy
by the appointment of Paul Messina, as a member to the Public
Information Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the resignation of Murray Goldstein is
hereby accepted with regret.
SECTION 2: That Paul Messina be and he is hereby appointed
to the Public Information Committee for a term to expire May 11, 1977.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this lltl day of N(\vember, 1976.
