CITY OF TAMARACâ–º FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. '76;
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT TO FLORIDA
POWER AND LIGHT
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested from
Florida Power and Light to execute an easement at the Public
Works Site on Northwest 57th Street and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of executing said
easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC,FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor and City Manager be and they
are hereby authorized and instructed to execute an easement to
Florida Power and Light at the Public Works Site, copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as
Exhibit "A"
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this it ` day of 1976 .
