CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. &1 6- ('-)
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A MAINTENANCE BOND POSTED
BY DON CARTER TAMARAC LANES, LIMITED.
WHEREAS, a maintenance bond in the amount of $20,775.00 was
posted by DON CARTER TAMARAC LANES, LIMITED, as principal and
FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND, as surety, and
WHEREAS, the warranty period has expired and the City Engineer
has recommended release of said bond following final inspection of
the improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the maintenance bond in the amount of $20,775.00
posted by Don Carter Tamarac Lanes, Limited, as principal and
Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
