CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 7 ,--
A[ RESOLUTION RELEASING BOND POSTED BY F.M.S.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED.
WHEREAS, a bond in the amount of $9,875.00 was posted by
F.M.S. Management Systems, Inc. (I.H.O.P.), as principal and
Insurance Company of North America, as surety covering offsite
drainage facility, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made a final inspection and
recommends to the City Council that the improvements be accepted
and the bond released, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the bond in the amount of $9,875.00 posted by
F.M.S. Management Systems, Inc., as principal and Insurance Company
of North America, as surety is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
