CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 576 .163
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS AND
ALTERNATES TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
AND ESTABLISHING THE TERMS OF SUCH
APPOINTMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by Ordinance No.
71-33, created a Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, members of said Planning Commission have
been appointed by Resolution of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the terms of Paul Linz, Emil Beutner and
Charles Diamond as members of the Planning Commission have expired,
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to
make appointments to the Planning Commission and to establish the
term of such appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Emil Beutner and Paul Linz be
requested to continue to serve as Commission members until April
15,1977, or until such earlier time, when they or others might be
appointed to a full term,wh.ich would be two (2) years.
SECTION 2: That Irving Disraelly is hereby appointed
as a member of the Planning Commission to serve until April 15,1978.
SECTION 3: That Ray Baade is hereby appointed as
an alternate to serve until 4;Lv"/Jc%8/U .
SECTION 4: That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon its passage.
