A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SICK ORDINANCE
REQUESTED BY WOODWigT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR WOODMONT
SECCNIDARY ENTRANCE SIGN ON 82ND STREET.
WHEREAS, Woodmont Development Company has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 75-43 for Woodmont Secondary Entrance Sign on 82nd Street,
and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee has reviewed said waiver and
made recorfinendation thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIUTARAC,

SECTION l: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Woodmont Development Company for Woodmont Secondary Entrance Sign on 82nd Street,
a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A', is hereby approved.

The undersigned, owner (s) of the premises described below, in consideration of the
payment of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, grant and give to Florida Power & Light Company, its licensees, agents,
successors, and assigns, an easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead
and underground electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve,
add to, enlarge, change the size of and remove such facilities or any of them, on the property
described as follows:
The North 10 feet of Lots 13, 14, and 15; and the beat 10 feet of
Lot 15; and the East 10 feet of the West 155 feet of the North 85 feet
of Lot 15; all of Block 8, Lyons Commercial Subdivision, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 42, of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida.
Said land situate in the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida..
and, to the fullest extent the undersigned has the power to grant, if at all, over, along and under
the roads, streets or highways adjoining or through said property.
The following rights are also granted to allow any other person, firm or corporation to
attach wires to any facilities hereunder and lay cable and conduit within the right of way and to
operate the same for communications purposes; to ingress and egress to said premises at all times;
to clear the land and keep it cleared of all trees, undergrowth or other obstructions within the
easement area; to trim and cut and keep trimmed and cut all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous
trees or limbs outside of the easement area which might interfere with or fall upon the lines or
systems of communications or power transmission or distribution.
