A RESOLUTICK APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE
REQUESTED BY WOODUM DEVELOPMENT OCI PANY FOR WOODMONT
SECONDARY ENTRANCE SIGN AT NOMj AST OORNER OF N.W.88TH
AVENUE AND N.W. 7C01 STREET.
W[ EREAS, Woodmont Development Company has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 75-43 for Woodmont Secondary Entrance Sign at Northeast -
corner of N.W. 88th Avenue and N.W. 70th Street, and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Comni.ttee has reviewed said waiver ;,.aid
made recamiendation thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said v4a.iver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMAF2AC,
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Woodmont Development Company for Woodmont Secondary Entrance Sign at Northeast
corner of N.W. 88th Avenue and N.W. 70th Street, a copy of which is attached
hereto as "Exhibit A"; is hereby approved.

Note: Two (2) blueprints or inked drawings of the plans and specifications and
method of construction and attachment to building or in the ground, must
be submitted with this petition.
One (1) original and six (6) copies of this petition shall be submitted
to the Beautification Committee.
Payment in the amount of $25.00 must accompany this petition.
Within thirty days of receipt of this petition and payment of the
agendauired feWithin
the Beautification Committee shall consider the petition
thirty days after the consideration of the Beautification Committee, the City Clerk
shall cause said petition to be placed on the agenda of the City Council for
it's consideration, and said petition shall be accompanied by the written recommen-
dations of the Beautification Committee.
In the event the waiver and exception is granted by
