A RESOLITI'ION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE
REQUESTED BY WOODM:)NT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR WOODMONT
SECONDARY ENTRANCE SIGN AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF N.W.88TH
AVENUE AND SOUTHGATE BOULEVARD. _
WHEREAS, Woodmont Development Company has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 75-43 for Woodmont Secondary Entrance Sign at Southeast
- corner of N.W. 88th Avenue and Southgate Boulevard, and
WIEFt M, the Beautification Cmnittee has reviewed said waiver and
made recoirnendation thereon, and
WHEMAS, the City Council wishes to approve said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Woodmont Development Company for Woodmont Secondary Entrance Sign at Southeast
corner of N.W. 88th Avenue and Southgate Boulevard, a copy of which is attached
hereto as "Exhibit A", is hereby approved.

Note: Two (2) blueprints or inked drawings of the plans and specifications and
method of construction and attachment to building or in the ground, must
be submitted with this petition.
One (1) original and six (6) copies of this petition shall" be submitted
to the Beautification Committee. I
Payment in the amount of $25.00 must accompany this petition.
Within thirty days of receipt of this petition and payment of the required fee,
the Beautification Committee shall consider the petition as an agenda item. Within
thirty days after the consideration of the Beautification Committee, the City Clerk
shall cause said petition to be placed on the agenda of the City Council for
it's consideration, and said petition shall be accompanied by the written recommen-
dations of the Beautification Committee.
In the event the waiver and exception is granted by the on
