RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE
REQUESTED BY WOODMONT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR WCODMONr
SECONDARY ENTRANCE SIGNS AT NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEAST
ODRNERS OF N.W. 75TH STREET AND N.W. 88TH AVENUE.
Z EREAS, Woodmont Development Company has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 75-43 for Woodmont Secondary Entrance Signs at Northeast
and Southeast corners of N.W. 75th Street and N.W. 88th Avenue, and
1%MREAS, the Beautification Committee has reviewed said waiver and
made recommendation thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Woodmont Development Company for Woodmnt Secondary Entrance Signs at
Northeast and Southeast corners of N.W. 75th Street and N.W. 88th Avenue,
a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A', is hereby approved.
