RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO ME SIGN ORDINANCE
QUESTED BY WOODMONT DEVE.OPMENT COMPANY FOR WOODMONT
SECONDARY UMANCE SIGNS AT NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS
OF N.W. 81ST STREET AND N.W. 88TH AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Woodmont Development Company has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 75-43 for Woodmont Secondary Entrance Signs at Northeast
and Southeast corners of N.W. 81st Street and N.W. 88th Avenue, and
191EREAS, the Beautification Comnittee has reviewed said waiver and
made recommendation thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sigh Ordinance requested by
Woodmont Development Company for Woodmont Secondary Entrance Signs at
Northeast and Southeast corners of N.W. 81st Street and N.W. 88th Avenue,
a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A!', is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval.
