RESOLUTION NO. -7 L -1
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE
REQUESTED BY WOODMONT DEVELOPMENT C1()MPANY FOR THREE (3 )
DIRECTIONAL SIGNS WITHIN THE WOODMONT CLUBHOUSE SITE.
W[fEREAS, Woodmont Development Company has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 75-43 for three (3) Directional Signs within the WoodwTit
Clubhouse site, and
ivy, the Beautification Comni.ttee has reviewed said waiver and
made recommendation therm, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OOLUCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Woodmnt Development Company for three-(3) Directional Signs within the
Woodmont Clubhouse site, a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit N',
is hereby approved.
