A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO ME SIGN ORDINANCE
REQUESM BY WOODMONT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR THREE (3)
DIRECTIONAL SIGNS TO BE LOCATED ON N.W. 78TH STREET ON
THE CORNERS OF NORTHWEST 82ND STREET AT NOM-RVEST 80M
AVENUE AND NORTHWEST 75TH STREET AT NORTHWEST 80TH AVENUE.
W Mv,AS, Woodmont Development Company has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 75-43 for three (3) Directional Signs to be located on "
N.W. 78th Street on the corners of Northwest 82nd Street at Northwest 80th
Avenue and Northwest 75th Street at Northwest 80th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee has reviewed said waiver and
made recommendation thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ME COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TM1ARAC,
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Woodmont Development Company for three (3) Directional Signs to be located
on N.W. 78th Street on the corners of Northwest 82nd Street at northwest 80th
Avenue and Northwest 75th Street at Northwest 80th Avenue, a copy of which is
attached hereto as "Exhibit A", is hereby approved.

Note: Two (2) blueprints or inked drawings of the plans and specifications znd
method of construction and attachment to building or in the ground; must
be submitted with this petition.
One (1) original and six (6) copies of this petition shall be submitted
to the Beautification Committee.
Payment in the amount of $25.00 must accompany this petition.
Within thirty days of receipt.of this petition and payment of the required fee,
the Beautification Committee shall consider the petition as an anenda itc.1. Within:
thirty days after the consideration of the Beautification Committee, the City Clerk
shall cause said petition to be placed on the agenda of the City Council for
it's consideration, and said petition shall be accompanied by the written recorrr►en-
dations of the Beautification Committee.
In the event the waiver and exception is granted by the City Council, the Council
shall cause a Resolution to be issued, stating the terms and conditions upon which
the waiver and exception has-been granted.
