A RFSOLiTTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE
REQUESTED BY WONT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR IDENTIFICA-
TION SI(21 FOR SOUTH ENTRY GATE OF WOODMONT RECREATION
COMPLEX.
WAS, Woodmont Development Company has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 75-43 for identification sign for South Entry Gate of
Woodmont Recreation Complex, and
W[IEREAS, the Beautification Committee has reviewed said waiver and
made reconnendation thereon, and
WIREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said waiver.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TPAWUC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Woodsront Development Company for identification sign for South Entry Gate of
Woodmnt Recreation Complex, a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A',
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval.
1 City to be indemnified by applicant against claims arising by reason
of the location of sign in the median.

Note: Two (2) blueprints or inked drawings of the plans anu specifications and
method of construction and attachment to building or in the ground, must
be submitted with this petition.
One (1) original and six (6) copies of this petition shall be submitted
to t&.e Beautification Committee.
Payment in the amount of $25.00 must accompany this petition.
Within thirty days of receipt of this petition and payment of the required fee,
the Beautification Committee shall consider the petition as an agenda ite.. Withir
thirty days after the consideration of the Beautification Co:--1itt--e, the City Cler
shall cause said petition to be placed on the agenda of the City Council for
it's consideration, and said petition shall be accompanied by the writter recormen
dations of the Beautification Committee.
