CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. �j�,S'
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING U E AUDIT OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC FOR FISCAL YEAR 1975/76 PREPARED
BY ALEXANDER GRANT AND COMPANY BY THE CITY
COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the Charter of the City of Tamarac provides
for an independent annual audit of all City accounts by a certified public
accountant or firm, and
WHEREAS, the firm of Alexander Grant and Company has prepared such
audit pursuant to the Charter, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept such audit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the audit of the accounts of the City prepared by
Alexander Grant and Company be and the same is hereby accepted by the City
Council.
