CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 76-180
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF AN
IMPACT ASSESSMENT BOND SUBMITTED BY CONSOL-
IDATED DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ON BEHALF OF
COLONY WEST ASSOCIATES, TOGETHER WITH A
REFUND OF BUILDING PERMIT FEES.
WHEREAS, a bond for Impact Assessment in the amount of $4,180. 82
was posted by Consolidated Development Corporation on behalf of Colony
West Associates, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a recent ruling of.the Court regarding
impact fee assessments, the City Council is now desirous of releasing
said Impact Assessment Bond, and
WHEREAS, there has been a recomputation of building permit fees,
with a balance due to Colony West Associates in the amount of $5,519.73
and
the Council
is
desirous of
refunding such
amount.
NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE
IT RESOLVED
BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the
Impact
Assessment Bond posted by
Consolidated
Development Corporation on
behalf
of Colony West Associates,
in the
amount of $4,180.82 is hereby released.
SECTION 2: That
the
recomputation
of
building permit
fees for
Colony West Associates
in
the amount of
$5,519.73
should be
refunded.
