CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. —1(0-A
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY W. JACKSON & SONS CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY.
WHEREAS, a subdivision improvement warranty bond in the amount

of $7,625.00 was posted by W. Jackson & Sons Construction Company,
as principal and Insurance Company of North America, as surety,
covering'linstallation of an irrigation system in Vanguard Village
Section 15, and
WHEREAS, the warranty period has expired and the City Engineer
has recommended release of said bond following final inspection of
the improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement warranty bond in
the amount of $7,625.00 posted by W. Jackson & Sons Construction Co.,
as principal and Fidelity.and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety
is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This REsolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
