CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY TAMARAC JEWISH CENTER INC.
WHEREAS, a sub -division improvement bond in the amount of $3,000.00
as executed by Tamarac Jewish Center, Inc., as principal, and
merican Employers' Insurance Company of Massachusetts, as surety and
osted with the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the Tamarac Jewish Center, Inc. has previously posted
ith the City a $3,000.00 cash bond covering the same improvements
s the surety bond, that being completion of the west half of
.W. 91st Avenue and 57th Street in the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Attorney have recommended to
he City Council that the surety bond be released, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interest of the
ity to accept the recommendations of the City Engineer and City Attorney
nd release said surety bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
IDA:
SECTION 1: That the surety bond in the amount of $3,000.00,
ated November 15, 1975 posted by Tamarac Jewish Center, Inc., as
rincipal, and American Employers' Insurance Company, as surety,
overing completion of the west half of N.W. 91st Avenue and 57th Street
s hereby released.
SECTION 2: That release of said surety bond is subject to the
ollowing conditions:
