CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. / y
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUB -DIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY PARADISE DEVELOPERS, LTD.
FOR THE GOLF AND TENNIS PARADISE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, a subdivision improvement bond in the amount of
$100,970.00 was posted by Paradise Developers, Ltd. as principal;
and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety for improvements
at Golf and Tennis Paradise, and
WHEREAS, Paradise Developers has declared its intention not
to begin the project known as Golf and Tennis Paradise and has
submitted a new plat and site plan for a development on the same
parcel of land to be called Paradise Estates, and
WHEREAS, Paradise Developers has requested the release of the
Subdivision Improvement Bond for Golf and Tennis Paradise posted
with the City in August 1975 and Council is desirous of granting
such request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Sub -division Improvement Bond posted by
Paradise Developers, Ltd. in the amount of $100,970.00 covering
improvements for the Golf and Tennis Paradise project is hereby
released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of �C=yyrr-'� 1976.
