CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF LETTERS
OF CREDIT GIVEN BY WM. S. SUTTER WITH
CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS, William S. Sutter has posted with the City of
Tamarac, two letters of credit drawn on the Bank of Tamarac
being #BT-0015 in the amount of $6,235.00, and #BT-0016 in the
amount of $37,947.50, both covering subdivision improvements
at Ace Sutter Hardware, and
WHEREAS, William S. Sutter has executed an Affidavit and
Certification as to the actual costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the project and
has recommended release of said bond and formal acceptance of
such improvements by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letters of Credit given by William
S. Sutter, being #BT-0015 in the amount of $6,235.00 and
BT-0016 in the amount of $37,947.50, are hereby released subject
to the following conditions:
1. William S. Sutter must submit a 25% substitute
Letter of Credit in the amount of $10,465.00,
guaranteeing the improvements for one year.
2. William S. Sutter must submit a 125% subdivision
improvement Letter of Credit in the amount of
$2,500 for curb and gutter work, which is to be
commenced and completed within 45 days from the
date of passage of this Resolution.
