CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. ' - Zf
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUB -DIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY COMMERCIAL PLAZA. INC.
WHEREAS, a sub -division improvement bond, in the amount of
$13,250, was posted by Commercial Plaza, Inc., as principal; and
The Travelers Indemnity Company of Connecticut, as surety, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made a final inspection and
recommends to the City Council that the improvements be accepted
and the bond released, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bond, in the amount of $13,250, posted
by Commercial Plaza, Inc., as principal and The Travelers Indemnity
Company of Connecticut, as surety, is hereby released.
