A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF AN
IMPACT ASSESSMENT FEE PAID BY AUDAZ CONCEPTS
A/K/A U-LOCK LOCKERS.
WHEREAS, a fee for Impact Assessment in the amount of $2,162.88
was submitted by U-Lock Lockers, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a recent ruling of the Court regarding
impact fee assessments, the City Council is now desirous of
releasing said Impact Assessment fee, less an adjustment for
recomputed building permit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Impact Assessment fee for Audaz Concepts
a/k/a U-Lock Lockers, in the amount of $1,11.3.16, is hereby
released, subject to payment to the City of recomputed fees in the amount of
ail , 049.72 .
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this nd_day of 1976.
