CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 7(�, -- jCj j
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR
CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT
STEAK AND ALE RESTAURANT.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting
of special exceptions by the City Council after a public hearing, and
WHEREAS, W.D. Kirkpatrick has applied for a special exception to
permit the consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on the premises of the
Steak and Ale Restaurant, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on December 22, 1976, and
the public has been given an opportunity to express their views concerning
the application for Special Exception, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition
for special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and
general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit the
consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on the premises of Steak and Ale Restaurant
is hereby approved.
