CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR AN ENGINE PERFORMANCE
TESTER.
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids for
an Engine Performance Tester for the Public Works Department and
has received bids, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of awarding the bid
for an Engine Performance Tester to the lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the bid of Sun Electric Corporation in the amount of
$3,972.00
for an Engine Performance Tester, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby approved.

1. Bidder hereby agrees that base price shall remain in full force and
effect for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of opening of
this Bid and that the Bidder will not revoke or cancel this bid with-
in the sixty (60) days.
2. The Bidder if successful, agrees to remit a certified check in the
amount of five (5) per cent of the bid, which shall be forfeited to
the City in the event the Bidder, to whom the business is awarded,
shall fail or refuse to comply with the specifications of the bid.
