CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. Lam—�O
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO FILL A VACANCY
CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF GEORGE
HINCKEN.
WHEREAS, George Hincken has resigned as member of the
Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted said resignation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of filling the
Vacancy created by said resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That '3 cxYn a e. 1'�ah e,
be and he is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustment for the
unexpired term for two (2) years, until July 17,1978 with all the powers and
duties enumerated in Florida State Statute 163 and Section 28 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 2: That said member of the Board of Adjustment may be
removed from office for cause by the City Council upon written charges and after
public hearing.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
