CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR "SUTTER
INVESTMENT COMPANY".
WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by the City
of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac has
reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for approval and
adoption and execution of said plat by the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and has
made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat by
the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approving
said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning Com-
mission and the City Engineer the plat submitted for approval,
the same being
"SUTTER INVESTMENT COMPANY"
be and the same is hereby approved with the following rights and
conditions:
1. Dedication of 7' road right-of-way on West
Commercial Boulevard to the City of Tamarac.
2. Surveyor's certificate be corrected in accord-
ance with Ordinance 76-30.
3. Waiver of Broward County approval of plat,
prior to issuance of building permit.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute said plat.
