CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION No. 76 S
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FDR CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES
OF BEER AND WINE AT THE PIZZA HUT RESTAURANT.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a public
hearing, and
WHEREAS, Pizza Hut Restaurant has applied for a special exception
to permit beer and wine consumption on the premises of Pizza Hut Restaurant,
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition
for special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety
and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
beer and wine consumption on the premises of the Pizza Hut. Restaurant is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1. There shall be no beer or wine sold after 2:00 a.m.,
local time.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this da� of 1976.
