A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR ONE AIR COMPRESSOR,
MOBILE TYPE WITH AIR BREAKER FOR PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids for an
Air Compressor for the Public Works Department and has received bids, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of warding the bid for an
Air Compressor to.the lowest and best bidder.
NOW, FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Wildwood. Industries, Inc. in
the amount of $5 , 885. 00/ 100 for an Air Compressor, a copy of which
is attached hereto add made a part hereof by reference, is hereby approved.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of L 11976.

1. Bidder hereby agrees that base price shall remain in full force and
effect for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of opening of

this bid and that the Bidder will not revoke or canel this bid within
the sixty (60) days.
2. The Bidder if successful, agrees to remit a certified check in the
amount of five (5) per cent of the bid, which shall be forfeited to
the City in the event the Bidder, to whom the business is awarded,
shall fail or refuse to comply with the specifications of the bid.
Bidder shall state any additional work, changes or variations
to the City's Specifications, terms and conditions.

that the Purchase Order number 761615, dated July 27, 1976,
for the Purchase of a GARDNER-DENVER Air Compressor and
accessories in the total amount of $5,885.00 is considered
and agreed between the parties to be null, void, and of
no effect.
