RESOLUTION NO. 76 "
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN ANNUAL UTILITY
FUND BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF TAMARAC FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1976.
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Tamarac provides pro-
cedure for the preparation and adopting of a budget,and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has heretofore presented a
budget message and recommended annual Utility Fund budget to
the Council for the ensuing fiscal year beginning October 1,
1976, and
WHEREAS, heretofore the Council has received said budget
message and recommended annual budget for the fiscal year
beginning October 1, 1976, and has advertised the summary
thereto, has advertised and held a public hearing thereon,and
WHEREAS, the public has had available to them copies of
such budget and the opportunity to express themselves thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed said recom-
mendations and comments by the public and is now desirous of
adopting an annual Utility Fund budget for the fiscal year
beginning October 1, 1976.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the annual Utility Fund Budget, as set forth
in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as
if set forth herein, be and the same is hereby adopted and approved
by the Council of the City of Tamarac as the Utility Fund budget
of the City of Tamarac for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1976.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed
to forward to the Comptroller of the State of Florida a certified
copy of this Resolution.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk is authorized and instructed to
keep a certified copy of this Resolution and the budget provided
for herein in the permanent files of the City of Tamarac.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of ,1976.
