CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R— 77-LO�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
MAYORAL PROCLAMATION DECLARING JUNE 8 TO 12,
1977 AS "KEEP OUR WATERWAYS CLEAN WEEK."
WHEREAS, the Citizens of the City of Tamarac have enjoyed
the beauty offered by the canals and waterways within the City of
Tamarac, and;
WHEREAS, the Committee to Keep Our Water Clean has implemented
a program to improve the quality of our waterways; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to endorse said program by
the adoption of a Mayoral Proclamation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
proclamation declaring June 8 - 12, 1977 as "Keep Our Waterways
Clean Week".
