CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R - 77-103
A.R.ESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
MAINTENANCE BOND, POSTED BY BERMUDA CLUB
SALES CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, a maintenance bond in the amount of $145,803.42
was posted by Bermuda Club of Tamarac -Bermuda Club Sales Corpor-
ation, as principals and American Employers' Insurance Company,
as surety; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said maintenance bond subject to certain
conditions, and
bond ;
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to release said maintenance
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the maintenance bond in the amount of
$145,803,42, posted by Bermuda Club of Tamarac (Joseph Cogen, Trustee)-

Bermuda Club Sales Corporation, as principals and American Employers'
Insurance Company, as surety is hereby released.
SECTION 2: Conditions:
Receipt of cash bond from Bermuda Club Sales Corp6 in amount
to be determined by the City Engineer, but not less than
$2,500,00 to cover correction of deficiencies listed in
June 2, 1977 letter to Bermuda Club Sales Corp -from City
Engineer - (copy of which is attached) Work to be !com-
pleted within 60 days.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day
